Who will I be dealing with?
Matt Hodson, who founded Lincoln Digital, and the people building your website. There are no account managers, so the person on your first call is the person doing the work, and the one who answers the phone after launch.
How long does it take to build a website?
A typical brochure site takes four to six weeks from kick-off to launch. Online shops and web apps usually take six to ten. You get a dated timeline before any work starts.
Do you only work with businesses in Lincoln?
No. We're based in Lincoln and most of our clients are in Lincolnshire, but we build websites for businesses across the UK over video calls too.
Will my website rank on Google?
Every site we build is fast, accessible and set up for search, with structured data, clean markup and good Core Web Vitals. If you want to keep climbing after launch, our SEO plans add local SEO, content and a monthly report.
What do I need to get started?
A rough idea of what you want the website to do. We can help with the words, photos, domain name and hosting, and you get a fixed price before anything starts.
Do you do more than websites?
Yes. As well as websites we build online shops, web apps and mobile apps, and we look after SEO, hosting and maintenance. Most clients use us for two or three of those.
